TODAY

  • Sunday School children go straight to the halls – Christmas Party at 12.30pm in the Lang Hall.
  • Fairtrade Stall – will be open in the large hall after the service.
  • Elders – please collect from the Session Clerk a copy of the Interim Minister’s detailed notes from the “Congregational Gathering”.  These notes will form the basis of future discussions at the Kirk Session meetings.
NEXT SUNDAY
  • Morning Worship at 11am will include the Nativity Play with our Sunday School children.  Children please meet in the Lang Hall by 10.45am to get ready.
TRINITY LUNCH CLUB
  • Meets on Wednesday 14th December at 12.30pm in the main hall of the Wynd Centre, weather permitting.  If in doubt, please call Sheena Young on Tuesday evening.  The speaker will be Rev. John Wylie from the URC Synod of Scotland and the subject is Racial Justice.  Please add your name to the sheet in the vestibule if you plan to attend as this helps with catering.  All welcome.
TAGS:
  • The Sunday School children will again be handing out “Thought Tags” next Sunday.  These cards are for you to add someone or some family you would like thought about, thereafter you can add your Thought to the Thought Tree in the Church.
USED STAMP COLLECTION
  • The stamp collection will continue until January 2012 allowing you to collect Christmas stamps.  There has been a good response to the earlier request and I would like to thank all those who contributed.  May I again ask for you to leave a margin of about quarter of an inch around the stamps if possible.  Thank you, Helen Tannahill.
THANK YOU
  • To those who bought tickets for the PACT Carol Celebration in aid of ACCORD last Sunday.  About £500 was raised.
