ADULT EDUCATION AND MISSION COMMITTEE:

• Collection Boxes - The boxes this year are for the School of Hope in Bangladesh and a school in Nepal.  Please keep collecting!
• Banner Group - The URC Synod Scotland is holding a gathering at Perth Racecourse on 18th June 2011.  AEMC would like to have a large banner depicting who we are and celebrating our 20th Anniversary.  We are planning to have a banner group in the Autumn – more details later.
• Advance Dates for your Diary:
  • 11th September – The National Synod of Scotland meet in Fraserburgh for the autumn meeting;
  • 14th September – 7pm – 9pm in OTC – URC West Link are holding a social evening to hear about visits to Guyana and India.  A buffet will be served.
  • 3rd October – Harvest and a collection for Christian Aid – “Wind of Change”.
